Every frame carries its own story in the grain and joinery, designed to stand alone as an object of craft or to hold what matters most to you. Peaces of Wood reflects the belief that beauty and balance can be built, piece by piece — and that peace is something you create along the way.

Every Matriarch Furniture Co. piece begins with carefully selected, locally sourced hardwoods. From walnut’s deep warmth to oak’s timeless grain, each board is chosen for character as much as strength. Natural finishes such as oils and waxes highlight the beauty of the wood while preserving its integrity for years to come.

Quality craftsmanship takes time. Because every piece is handmade start to finish, please allow ample time (usually 4–6 weeks) for design, build, and finishing before delivery. Lead times vary depending on the project size, but this process ensures each item is thoughtfully and skillfully created — never mass-produced.
I do not believe in putting out subpar work. If for any reason there is a delay due to material quality or craftsmanship standards, you will be updated immediately with a revised schedule.
